Every order made by a customer entails the explicit acceptance of the general conditions described below.
Products and order process
Every order will be confirmed by email.
We will provide the products as long as they are in stock. If some products are temporarily unavailable, we will let the customer know about the expected delay by email.
If any product is unavailable and 賢明瓷藝 (Stone Glace) is not able to provide alternative products of similar quality and price, the purchase cost will be refunded to the customer.
Products range displayed on the website may vary depending on their availability at manufacturers’.
All products are shipped from our premises in China.
賢明瓷藝(Stone Glace) shall not be responsible for any misplaced parcel due to an incorrect address or a defective delivery by the transportation company.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars including tax. Delivery fees are not included in the price list but are clearly mentionned before you finalized your order.
We accept Paypal, Google Checkout, Mastercard and Visa cards. All credit card transactions are processed securely : none of your credit card information will be transferred to 賢明瓷藝(Stone Glace).

Shipping and delivery
Produts are shipped to all countries deliverable by our carriers . Orders are packed and dispatched in maximum two working days. We aim at having the parcels delivered in 8 working days maximum.
Nevertheless, 賢明瓷藝(Stone Glace) is not responsible for any delay in the country of residence of the customer.

Other
In case your products might be damaged during transportation, 賢明瓷藝(Stone Glace) will ask the customer for some pictures in order to replace the items whenever possible.
